John Entsuah Appointed CEO of Devtraco Group

The Board of Directors of Devtraco Group has appointed John Kane Entsuah, former Head of Strategy and Business Development of the Group, as the new Chief Executive Officer.

In his new role as the Group CEO, Mr. Entsuah will be responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Devtraco Group and its subsidiaries, as the Group seeks new and sustainable opportunities for profitable growth.

“I am truly humbled by the opportunity to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Devtraco Group. My time with the Group as the Head of Strategy and Business Development has been very insightful and I am grateful to the board for putting their confidence in me and trusting me to steer the affairs of the group.” Mr. Entsuah said.

Prior to joining the Devtraco Group, Mr. John Entsuah was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Indigo Merchants Group LLC, a financial advisory and business consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. He has also served as a business executive with various Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Entsuah is a graduate of Presbyterian Boys Secondary School (PRESEC). He graduated from Claflin University in the USA where he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, a Master of Science degree from the University of Houston and an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management. He has acted as a trusted financial advisor and strategist to both private and public firms for more than twenty years in multiple regions across the world including North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Devtraco Group has been in the real estate business for 25 years, during which it has mostly developed housing for the middle and upper classes of society. Currently, it boasts of the largest gated community in Ghana that comprises 1,300 housing units, which is Devtraco Courts at Community 25 in Tema. The group has six subsidiaries Devtraco Limited, Devtraco Plus, Talis Property Service, Fabrico, Pan-African Homes and Devtraco Hospitality Holdings PLC.
