How It Works

1. Registration & Tracking

• Submit your details to enroll in our referral program via our online portal to become a referring agent.
• You will receive a unique code in your email after registration.
• This code will be used to track your referral.

2. Refer a Buyer

• Introduce a friend, colleague, or family member who is interested in purchasing a property.
• Your Referred investor must acknowledge your recommendation during their initial inquiry and add your referral code on the reservation form

3. Successful Sale Confirmation

• Feedback would be provided on whether the sale was completed or not.
• A sale is deemed completed after the client makes a deposit of the first installment.
• Once the sale is completed, the referrer becomes eligible for a 1% commission on the sale price.

4. Referral Rewards Structure

Referrers are entitled to 1% commission on the total sale price.

5. Payment Structure

• Devtraco Plus will make payment of the referral reward to the referring agent by cheques after the sale is completed.
• If a referral does not lead to a completed sale, Devtraco Plus will not be making payment to the referring agent.
